Someone recently notified me of a new site, IAApps.com, dedicated exclusively to software applications for User Experience professionals.
IAApps organizes all the different tools into 4 categories:
Interface Modeling
Prototyping
Screen Capture
Usability Testing
Each category is then further organized by OS platform:
